Recipe #2- Stronger Smoothie 2/18/13

Supplies: Blender, spoon, measuring cups (1cup and 1/2cup)

Ingredients: 1 cup Skim milk, 1 banana, 1 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of ice

Optional Ingredients: Chocolate flavored Breakfast Essentials packet, 1 scoop of Protein Powder, 1/2 cup of Orange Juice

1.First add all fruit and ice to the blender

2.This step is optional!

By adding one of these two powders will boost the calorie level and have different benefits. The scoop of protein powder is added if your trying build muscle or have a hard work out schedule. The breakfast essential packet will add more vitamins and is used if your trying to keep a healthy diet and have a moderate exercise schedule..​

3.Next blend all ingredients together until it is thick or thin enough for you

4.Finally enjoy you great tasting healthy smoothy!!!
